The Copa America 2024 will feature 16 teams: 10 from CONMEBOL and six from CONCACAF, divided into four groups, each containing four teams. The tournament runs from June 20 to July 14, 2024, with the winner set to compete in the 2025 CONMEBOL–UEFA Cup of Champions against the UEFA Euro 2024 winner. Argentina is the defending champion. The final will be held on July 14, 2024, at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

The tournament starts with a group stage, followed by a knockout stage beginning with the quarterfinals. The group stage starts on June 20, 2024, and concludes on July 2, 2024. The top two finishers from each group advance, while the bottom two are eliminated from the competition.

The knockout stages begin on July 4, 2024, with the quarterfinals, followed by the semifinals scheduled for July 9-10. A third-place match will be held on July 13, one day before the final match on July 14, 2024. The knockout phase follows a single-elimination format, meaning teams must win their match to advance to the next round.

How Does the Copa America 2024 Bracket Work?

There are 16 teams divided into four groups, with each group containing four teams. Before the quarterfinals, 24 matches will be played in the group stage. The top two teams from each group reach the single-elimination quarterfinals.
